When you submit the booking form or call us, we receive the details you provide — name, phone number, email, address, and a description of the work you need. We use this solely to schedule and perform chimney and vent services, follow up on your request, and keep basic job records. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored on this site only, is used only to send the newsletter, and is removed when you unsubscribe. Subscriptions use double opt-in: no confirmation click, no subscription.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, our hosting environment keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. The site uses a small number of cookies: functional cookies that remember preferences such as your light/dark mode choice and whether you’ve dismissed the cookie notice. We do not run third-party advertising or sell data to data brokers.

Booking inquiries and job records are kept as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, warranty, and accounting purposes. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs rotate automatically on our host’s schedule.
